29, 2003 5:59 pm US/Eastern James J. O'Shea, 41, died Saturday evening from a heart attack after feeling ill battling a blaze in Queens, a fire department spokesman said. He refused medical attention at the scene and went home, where he died. O'Shea, who worked for Ladder Co. 127 in Queens, is survived by his wife and two children. A funeral was planned for Friday; details were pending. On
